The biggest news at Paramount's Carowinds over the winter was most likely the updating of the parks water park. Formerly known as WaterWorks, the new name of the park will be Boomerang Bay. The final bit of Carowinds news is the reopening of their campground, named Camp Wilderness Resort. These campgrounds will included air-conditioning, wireless internet, discounted park tickets available, and a swimming pool among other new features.
